As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), I bring a wealth of knowledge in strength training, conditioning, and injury prevention. This certification reflects my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in fitness training.

As a trainer, I have worked in various settings, including private training studios, large franchise gyms, and wellness centers. Each of these locations has attracted different people from all walks of life. Despite the differences, my goal has always remained the same. For many, the gym is a new and intimidating environment. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere for everyone I work with. My goal is to find the best way to integrate fitness into each individual's life in a manageable and enjoyable way.

Before working with me, we will have a complimentary face to face meeting. This gives us the chance to discuss goals, method, and any concerns with exercise.

H.I.I.T. training is incorporated into each program based on each individual’s needs.

Weekly meetings make checking in easy. If we have markers to check together, or you are more comfortable keeping track yourself each week, we will check in on progress.

I provide each client with unique exercises, cues, and workouts. We also look at different progress indicators specific to your goals.

Clients have access to me for support both inside and outside the gym.
